I am an independent management consultant with a classic strategy-consulting background and more than 12 years of experience in strategy, transformation and operational value creation. I have delivered more than 30 projects on five continents for international corporations and mid-sized companies.
My path has taken me from Roland Berger to Stern Stewart & Co., where I advanced to Vice President, and most recently into an interim Head of Strategy role at Tipico. Along the way I have led cost, cash and transformation programs worth hundreds of millions of euros – including a ~€500M cash initiative for a DAX-40 pharmaceutical group and a >€300M EBIT transformation of a German electronics manufacturer.
Mason Strategy is my independent practice – deliberately lean, senior and hands-on. I take on mandates myself and, for larger programs, bring in a trusted network of senior independent experts I have worked with for years. You get boutique focus, with the firepower of a team when the work calls for it.
AI is a growing part of my work. I advise on AI strategy, operating models and use-case prioritization, and support the move into concrete workflows, automation and AI agents. Through Nekara AI, a sister brand, I also build lean AI products.
